Getting Started is Easy!
Step 1: Purchase Online
Visit our Pricing page to view your quote based on the number of screens you have and make your purchase.
You will receive:
- Online access to the WAND Menu Management software
- One WAND Menu Player for each screen delivered to your door
*Note-You will need to purchase one WAND Express Solution for each TV screen you have. TV screens are not included.*
Step 2: Connect Menu Player(s) to Your TV(s)
Installation is super quick and easy! You will simply need to plug in your WAND Media Player(s) to your TV screen(s) via the HDMI cable included with purchase.
Step 3: Connect Menu Player(s) to the Internet
Connecting your TV screens to Wi-Fi or wired internet takes just a few minutes, and instructions are detailed in our welcome packet that all new customers receive.
Step 4: Log-in to WAND Menu Management
New customers will be emailed log-in information to access the WAND Menu Management Software. It is here that you will create, edit and publish your menu. The menu content you create will be sent to the TV screen(s) within 5-10 minutes via the cloud.

Frequently Asked Questions
What do I need to get started?
All you will need are TV(s) with HDMI connections mounted to your wall, and an internet connection. If you are connecting via Wi-Fi, you will also need a wireless keyboard and mouse for the initial set-up of your WAND Menu Player.
What type of screens are supported?
WAND’s Express Menu Solution is designed to work with all TVs with an HDMI connection. We do recommend not using screens smaller than 42 inches if your customers order from a distance. We also do not support vertical screens at this time.
How much does this cost?
WAND provides simple and affordable pricing that is based on how many screens you want your menus to play on. We charge an upfront equipment and software fee plus a monthly subscription fee that gives you access to support resources, product updates and enhancements, and our Express Warranty program.
Is there a warranty?
WAND provides commercial-grade menu players that are built to withstand restaurant environments. If you have any problems with any of your menu players within the first year, simply mail it to WAND and we will send you a replacement device.
What support is available?
WAND provides a full resource center with how-to articles and videos to help ensure your success. We also provide email support from 8:00am to 5:00pm CST if you have any questions or issues.
